APPLICATION
Space and time for this program is limited. Only those applicants who show a genuine will to serve will be accepted. Only 10 (18 and older) slaves will be accepted for this program at any given time. There are minimum time requirements - all slaves are expected to serve for several hours each day from the beginning of their contract. Service during Players Night is required. We do not require 24/7 service, but more time may be dedicated to the program.
The first class of the Temple of Atonement's School of Discipline: "As You Wish - Basic Submission & Protocol" will be held on Tuesday morning. All applicants who are considering entering the program are required to attend. This class will serve as the orientation for the program. Applicants that miss the class or arrive to Burningman after Tuesday morning will be given a handout and a brief introduction. It is highly recommended that applicants attend all of the morning TOA classes.
Upon acceptance into the program, each applicant will sign a formal Slave Contract and be collared. It goes without saying that all Temple slaves are to be treated with dignity and respect at all times. They are to be treated as real lifestyle slaves.
PREREQUISITES FOR THE SLAVE FOR A DAY PROGRAM (SFAD)
As with most institutions of quality, this is not equal opportunity employment. This is not a program for tourists or the mildly curious. We have developed this program to care for and train, to the extent that can be achieved in our short time, budding would-be lifestyle slaves. It is also open to those who consider themselves 'dominant' or are considering holding slaves themselves and want an in-depth real life experience from the point of view of a slave, ...an undertaking we consider not only noble, but ideal.

What we look for in potential slaves, if you possess some or all of these qualities, you just may qualify:

Know that this is a self-initiating program. What we offer, we do not intend to spoon feed. As slaves excel and develop, more information and training will be granted to them.
Please know there will be no "topping from the bottom." Don't waste our time, we do not presume to waste yours. Slaves acting as such will be relieved of service immediately. Many actions are forgivable, this one is not. Also - there are NO tops, bottoms, doms or subs in this program, only dominants (trainers) and submissives (slaves). It is recognized that these terms may have their place in popular culture, however they do not apply here. Please refrain from such references, to do so is considered disrespectful to our goals.
There are different types of slaves within the Temple of Atonement: personal slaves that may or may not be part of the program; new program slaves and returning alumni; and a majordomo.
